Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once we accept it. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll always tell you why.

Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices can change, but never after your order is confirmed.

Our pieces are made in small batches by hand. Slight differences in colour, glaze, texture and dimension are expected and are not defects. Screen colours also vary.

Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Post only content you own the rights to and keep it civil and relevant. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or spam. By posting, you allow us to display it on the product page.

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our shipping, returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

We're responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
