Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus the contents and value of the order. If you create an account we also store your profile name, phone and any addresses you save. Reviews and questions you post are stored with the display name you provide.

Your cart, wishlist and recently-viewed list are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device, not on our servers, unless you're signed in.

To process and deliver your order, answer support requests, prevent fraudulent orders, and — only if you subscribed — to send occasional emails about new pieces. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.

Delivery partners receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel. Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.

Orders are currently cash on delivery, so no card or bank details are collected or stored by us. If online payments are added later, payment details will be handled by the payment provider and this page will be updated before that goes live.

We use only what's needed to keep the site working — a session cookie when you're signed in and local storage for your cart. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Account, address and profile data is kept until you ask us to remove it.

Write to hello@artsy.store to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We'll respond within 30 days. Use the same address to report anything that looks like a security problem.
